Our Services
We are a video streaming service, offered through our website, we provide Auslan videos for entertainment and learning purposes, main content of the video will be in Auslan (Australian Sign Language). You can purchase these subscriptions plan via our website. This agreement defines the terms and conditions under which you’re expected to use the Challenge your Auslan and how we’ll treat you while you’re a customer. User (Customer) Eligibility:
You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform.
Account Registration:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration
process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Privacy Policy:
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
By using the platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Pricing:
Prices for our Challenge your Auslan including subscriptions will be published on our website and may be changed from time to time. We have the right to adjust these prices (up or down) depending on our direct costs, promotions, resources development, and new videos we may introduce or remove. Unless notified by us in writing, subscription renewal purchase prices will remain the same for at least 3, 6, or 12 months from the first month you purchased your subscription even if subscription prices are increased for new subscribers. This offer is only valid while your subscription is current, unless otherwise. Stated all prices will be in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Payment and Subscription:
Some features of the platform may be offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all
fees associated with your subscription.
Payments are processed securely, and subscription fees are non-refundable.
GST stands for Goods and Services Tax, which is charged on most goods sold by us within Australia. In accordance with the GST laws, we are obliged to charge GST on all plans.
Tutoring Services:
Tutoring services provided by Challenge your Auslan are available on a separate basis and may incur additional fees.
Tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject of availability.
Use of Platform:
You agree to use the platform for educational and lawful purposes only.
You will not engage in any behaviour that may disrupt or interfere with the functioning of
the platform.
All content on the Challenge your Auslan website, including videos, tutorials, and written materials, it the property of Challenge your Auslan and is protected by copyright laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Challenge your Auslan content without prior written consent.
Use of Resources:
Subscribers may use Challenge your Auslan resources for personal learning purposes only. Redistribution or resale of Challenge your Auslan resources is strictly prohibited.
Challenge your Auslan reserves the right to add, remove, or modify resources at any time.
Complaints:
We think our resources at Challenge your Auslan are amazing, however, in the event that you are not satisfied with subscription plan you have with Challenge your Auslan you purchased, you must notify us within 7 days of the purchasing the plan. When making a complaint, please send us an email or contact us on customer support on the website.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the platform and any associated content.
Limitation of Liability:
Challenge your Auslan is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Challenge your Auslan does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of its content and is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
You or we may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by giving notice to the other party. We may suspend our services to you at any time, with or without cause. If applicable, where you have purchased a subscription and we terminate your account without cause, we’ll refund the unused portion of your subscription. We won’t refund or reimburse you if there is cause, like a violation of these terms.
Once terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it, including your emails from our website. If you don’t log in to your account for 12 or more months, we may treat your account as “inactive” and permanently delete the account and all the data associated with it. We are entitled to withdraw from any transaction in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the Challenge your Auslan appearing on the website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to be advertised price of the Challenge your Auslan plan, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the subscription at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether and receive a refund of any amounts paid.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Warranties:
We will use our best efforts to provide Challenge your Auslan free from error or omission. We warrant that we have the knowledge, skill and expertise to provide the Challenge your Auslan as per your expectations.
